Hello eager readers … I apologize for the dry spell. Let’s not dwell on the past and instead focus on the lastest entry of … you guessed it … Scannerland!
This one’s a week or two old, but still a gem. A woman called 911, concerned about a man slumped over in his car behind a building. She didn’t think he was dead, necessarily, but was afraid he passed out or was sick. A moment later, the dispatcher came over the radio:
“Um, that’s our car.”
Apparently, a Huntsville police officer doing undercover surveillance didn’t think the brick wall he was staring at was very fascinating.
