Our Crimson-Tide hating anonymous reader has struck again. Back in June, The Times received a postcard (if you can call a piece of a brown cardboard box a “postcard”) with a headline clipped from the newspaper, followed by a hilarious anti-Alabama rant written in Sharpie.
I’ve finally decided to redesign my website so it better reflects my current job and interests, and I have removed the heavy focus on the blog. Yes, I’ll still write here occasionally for the five of you who actually enjoy reading my rambling, but it’s time to abandon the traditional blog setup.

I just downloaded the WordPress app for the Droid, and I have to say … I’m impressed. It’s sleek, easy-to-use and super fast. Traditional blogging has always been so, well, traditional. Before mobile apps and QUERTY keyboards became widespread, bloggers were forced to pull out a laptop and establish a connection. Now, it’s as simple as tapping an icon and moving your thumbs.
